Hacked WordPress cleanup

US$750

fixed, for one site

One WordPress site on one domain. If we find thousands of added spam pages or more than one site on the same account, we tell you before going further.

Included: the cleanup, the cause closed, and the review request followed to Google's decision.

Timeline: once we have access to the site, the hosting and Search Console, the site is cleaned and the review requested within 48 hours. The review itself is Google's, and so is its timing.

Half is paid at the start.

WordPress move to Kinsta

US$750

fixed, for one site up to 100 pages

One WordPress site on one domain, up to 100 pages. Online stores, membership sites and multisite installs are quoted separately. Your Kinsta plan is paid to Kinsta, apart from our fee.

Included: the reading and the checks around the move: a reading of the current site (its pages, redirects and older addresses), the move into your own Kinsta account, and a check of every page, redirect and older address from Kinsta.

Checks: at the switch and again 48 hours later; you get the figures, each with the day it was measured.

Half is paid at the start.

Bot Traffic Check

US$450

fixed, for one site

One site on one domain that already runs on Cloudflare.

Included: 30 days of its traffic read, with verified search engines, AI crawlers, your own tools and the impostors separated; every request that claims to be Googlebot or Bingbot tested against Google's and Bing's published lists; the rules set, impostors blocked, AI crawlers as you choose, Googlebot and AdsBot left alone; and a short written report of each rule, so any of them can be undone.

Timeline: no fixed turnaround is published; the check reads 30 days of its traffic.

To ask for it, write to [email protected] with the subject «Bot Traffic Check».

Half is paid at the start.

White-label WordPress hours

US$75 an hour

in blocks of 40 hours

One implementer on your projects, delivered under your name, for agencies whose queue runs ahead of their team.

Included: a written QA sheet with every handoff, and an NDA as part of every engagement.

Timeline: small tasks come back inside 48 hours; finished work is handed off every week.

50% of each block is paid when the block starts.

For agencies

Starting prices and a monthly plan

Larger work starts from these figures; maintenance is a flat monthly fee.

Site rebuild or new site

from US$3,000

starting price

A new WordPress site, or the rebuild of the one you have. The quote follows a scope agreed on a call.

Fix list

from US$600

starting price

The defects a private reading of your site finds, fixed. The reading is included in the price.

Basic maintenance

US$300 a month

flat, 4 hours a month

WordPress theme and plugin updates, run directly on the live site, with a quick check of the home page after each round. The plan needs your host to keep a daily backup of the site. If an update breaks the site, we restore it from that backup and let you know; the restore counts toward the 4 hours a month. This is risky: at 4 hours a month there is no time to test updates on staging first. Design, new features and content are not included; they, and anything else outside these updates, are quoted at US$75 an hour and confirmed before work starts.
