Kinsta migrates sites for free. What does an agency pay a migration partner for?
For proof, not for the copy. Kinsta's own team moves standard WordPress sites at no charge. A partner adds the inventory before the move and the checks after it, from Kinsta, at the switch and again 48 hours later. On an Elementor site we moved in October 2026 that meant 57 pages, 166 redirects and 21 older addresses.

Kinsta offers unlimited free migrations from any host for standard WordPress installations; a multisite network moves only as a whole (opens in a new tab). Kinsta's agency program lists free migrations too. Whoever copies the files, these stay with the agency.
The freeze agreed with the client before the copy. The switch window and a rollback written before the DNS record is touched. Forms and their stored entries. Every redirect and every older address the site answered. The client's sign-off, against figures that carry the day they were measured. Migration only; we did not design or develop the site. A WordPress site built with Elementor, moved from a Namecheap server to Kinsta and live there since 5 October 2026. At the switch, 57 of 57 pages loaded from Kinsta, 166 of 166 redirects landed and 21 older addresses reached their pages. On 7 October, 48 hours on, 166 of 166 redirects still landed, all 18 pages checked were set to «index, follow», and the structured data on 11 pages matched the 6 October reading.
